Yun and Yang Confirmed!

So Yun and Yang are confirmed in the arcade release of Super Street Fighter IV.

Also some other new things...

- Zangief's EX Green Hand didn't knock down.
- Hondas's Ultra 2 is now HCBx2.
- Balrog's (Boxer) Ultra 2 is now HCBx2.
- M.Bison's (Dictator) Ultra 2 is now charge

Here are some notes on Yun and Yang...

- Yun and Yang both have the same target combos they had in Third Strike.
- Yun's super is Genei Jin "super fast movement" cancel recovery on all moves, everything juggles.
- Yun's ultra 1 (You Hou), is a 4 hit combo and then a launcher.(same as 1st super in Third Strike)
- Yun's ultra 2 (Sorai Rengeki), is a punch rush combo, if the last hit connects Yun goes into animation and rides the opponent in the air like a skateboard, then kicks them down to the ground
- Yang's super is Seiei Enbu, same one as Third Strike, cancel recovery on all moves, everything juggles.
- Yang's ultra 1 (Raishin Mahhaken), a single attack is launched, if it connects you get a animation of attacks. If not the ultra misses.
- Yang's ultra 2 (Tenshin Senkyuu), Yang does a rolling kick, if it connects you launch them in the air and get a animation. Goes under fire balls. If opponent is in the air while you do it Yang will hit the opponent with rising kicks but no animation.
- Dive kick is angled differently depending on LK, MK, and HK.
- EX Palm attack gives wall bounce.
